Sacramental Preparation

Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession or Penance)

In the Sacrament of Reconciliation (confession or penance), we obtain pardon and forgiveness from God for the offenses we have committed against God and are reconciled with the Church and faith community we have wounded by our sins and transgressions.

Confession is celebrated on Saturdays from 3:00 - 3:45 pm, or by appointment.

Lent and Advent Communal Penance Services with individual confessions are scheduled every year.

Children and Youth Reconciliation

For the parish children and youth, the required preparation takes place through the Parish Faith Formation (Religious Education or C.C.D.) program and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Regional School. Confessions for Students from OLMC Regional School and Faith Formation (Religious Education or C.C.D.) program are held at least twice a year, during Advent and Lenten seasons respectively.

Adult Reconciliation

Adults, who are not baptized, and interested in receiving this Sacrament should contact Deacon Bob Iuliucci through the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults at or .
