The Sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, Holy Eucharist, Confirmation, Holy Anointing of the Sick, Holy Matrimony, and Holy Orders are the visible signs of God’s grace to all humanity and creation. Saint Simon Stock Parish (Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church) provides opportunities to learn about the Sacraments so that persons receiving a Sacrament can more fully understand and celebrate the Sacrament. The Parish is one with the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), stating that “guided by the Holy Spirit, the Church recognizes the existence of Seven Sacraments instituted by the Lord.”
