Super Raffle tickets procedure

1. The raffle ticket is $50 per ticket.
2. The Name of the fundraiser is for Super Raffle.
3. All proceeds will benefit Saint Simon Stock Parish.
4. You can buy multiple tickets with a chance to win three times only. The prizes are as follows:
   1. Ten winners of 0.5% of the total sold and paid tickets.
   2. Ten winners of 1% of the total sold and paid tickets.
   3. One winner for the Third Prize 8% of the total sold and paid tickets.
   4. One winner for the Second Prize 10% of the total sold and paid tickets.
   5. One winner for the First Prize 17% of the total sold and paid tickets.
5. The prizes will be calculated based of the percentage of the tickets sold. For example, if there are 200 tickets sold the prices are as follows:
   1. Ten winners of the 0.5% of the total sold and paid (200 tickets), which is up to $50.
   2. Ten winners of 1% of the total sold and paid (200 tickets), which is up to $100.
   3. One winner for the Third Prize worth of the 8% of the total sold and paid (200 tickets) – up to $800.
   4. One winner for the Second Prize worth of the 10% of the total sold and paid (200 tickets) – up to $1,000.
   5. One winner for the First Prize worth of the 17% of the total sold and paid (200 tickets) – up to $1,700.
6. The drawing of winners will be on Saturday, September 13, 2025, throughout the evening.
7. Tickets will start selling on August 2/3, 2025, up to September 13, 2025, at 5:00 pm. All payments should be submitted no later than 5:00 pm on Saturday, September 13, 2025.
8. All winners will be notified via email and phone call.
9. All winners will receive a check from the Parish within 15 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
10. For transparency and decency, the clergy (priests and deacons) are not eligible to participate.
